- Business information: our methods, research, data, strategies and any non-public information shared with partners or creators.
Our rights are protected under the laws of the United Kingdom, the United States (including the U.S. Copyright Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act), the European Union and international treaties such as the Berne Convention.
2. What is not allowed
Unless we give you written permission, you must not:
- Copy, download, save, reproduce or re-upload any of our content, in whole or in part.

- Sell, license, rent or share our content or code with anyone else.
Sharing a direct link to our official pages, or using our platform’s own share button, is allowed.
3. Our games
Our games are original works and are protected separately and strictly. You must not:
- Clone, copy, re-skin or imitate any of our games, characters, levels or art style.

Our games are published only through our official accounts and partner portals. Preview builds and links shared privately are confidential and must not be shared further.
4. AI, bots and scraping
No AI training and no scraping. We expressly reserve all rights to text and data mining. Our content, games, images and code may not be used to train, fine-tune, test or prompt any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, or to generate similar content.
- Automated copying of this website by bots, crawlers, scrapers or scripts is prohibited, except normal search engine indexing.
- Using AI tools to recreate, imitate or “trace” our content, characters, art style or games is treated as copying.
- Search engines and AI search assistants may read our public pages only to show people a short summary and a link to us. This does not give permission to copy, store or train on our content.
- Our private game previews and internal areas are closed to all bots, and we record and act on any unauthorised access.
5. Trademarks
Going Global, our logos and our brand names are our trademarks. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar, as a name, username, domain, page, channel, app or product, or in a way that suggests a connection with us. Other names and logos shown on our website belong to their owners.
6. How we enforce our rights
We actively monitor social platforms, app stores, game portals and websites. If our rights are infringed, we may, without further notice:
- File takedown and copyright notices with platforms, hosts, app stores and search engines.
- Report infringing accounts, pages and channels for removal, and claim any revenue earned from our content.
- Block access to our services.
- Take legal action to stop the infringement and to recover damages, lost profits and our legal costs.
Any permission we give is personal, limited to what we state in writing, and can be withdrawn at any time.
7. Report a copy
Seen our games, brands or content used without permission? Email contact@goinggloballlc.com with the subject “IP report” and include the link to the copy, which of our work it copies, and any screenshots.
If you believe we have used your work
We respect the rights of others. Send a notice to the same address with your contact details, a description of your work, the exact location of the material on our services, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We will review it and respond promptly.
8. Asking for permission
Want to feature, license or partner on our content or games? Email contact@goinggloballlc.com with the subject “Licensing request”. Nothing is allowed until you receive written permission from us.
This policy works together with our Terms of use and Privacy notice. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update it at any time; the current version is always on this page.
