All content on this website and on every product of Going Global is owned by Going Global Group Ltd (“Going Global”, “we”, “us”) or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trademark, design and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom, the United States and internationally.

- Our games, including their names, characters, artwork, animations, levels, music, sound effects, source code and gameplay design.
- Our brands, logos, names and trade dress, including Going Global and the brands we own and operate.
- Our videos, articles, images, graphics, galleries, captions and all other published content.
- Our apps, websites, software, designs and the layout of this website.
All rights reserved. No part of our games, brands or content may be copied, reproduced, modified, cloned, re-skinned, translated, distributed, re-published, uploaded, sold, licensed or used to train AI models, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
Our games are protected
Every game we create is an original work. Without our written permission you may not:
- Copy, clone, re-skin or imitate our games, characters, artwork or level designs.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, extract or reuse our game code, assets, sounds or music.
- Upload, embed, mirror or host our games on any website, app store or portal.
- Use our game names, characters or covers in your own games, ads, thumbnails or merchandise.
- Remove or change any copyright, trademark or ownership notice in our games.
Our games are published only through our own official accounts and partner portals. Any copy found elsewhere is unauthorised.
We enforce our rights. We actively monitor app stores, game portals and social platforms. We file takedown notices against copies, report infringing accounts to the platforms, and may take legal action to recover damages and costs.

If you see our games, brands or content used without permission, please tell us. Email contact@goinggloballlc.com with the subject “Copyright report” and include:
- A link to the copy and the platform it is on.
- Which of our games, brands or content it copies.
- Any screenshots that help us act quickly.
If you believe we have used your work
We respect the rights of others. Send a notice to the same address with your contact details, a description of your work, the exact location of the material on our services, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We will review it and respond promptly.

- Why: only to reply to you, discuss working together, or tell you when our drama platform launches.
- Sharing: we do not sell your data. It is stored securely on our own server and in our business email.
